With so many other options available in Las Vegas, we recommend that you take advantage of other choices. This seems to indicate the overall sense of service they are intending to provide if having 25% to 50 % of their elevators working is satisfactory.
At times during our stay, only one elevator was working out of the four available, When we pointed this out to management, we were told that at least two elevators were working. Save your money by skipping the seafood buffet altogether! The section we stayed in was being served by four elevators. We also found that for this caliber of hotel, that the food and amenities were extremely pricey! Since the property is well off the strip, you would think they would be more competitive in these areas, but they are not. Rooms and fixtures are worn and shabby and in much need of replacement. Unfortunately, it has not been updated or adequately maintained to be considered any more than an lower than average place to stay in Las Vegas. This probably used to be a really nice hotel 15 or 20 years ago.
