When Microgaming pulled out of the US market, the Grand Prive group jumped ship over night to BetOnSoft and changed their regulator at the same time.

They started out with Microgaming software and there were accusations of unethical marketing practices intended to ensure they paid their affiliate business partners less than they were due even back then. The Grand Prive group have been a contentious issue amongst the gambling community for a long time now.
